Someone was really proud of their heritage and printed that onto their license plate. I bet he/she is a FOB and decided to put that on their plate because they were excited about being able to customize it and knew few other English words. It's kind of like naming a child "Rainbow", putting the word "Haircut" above a salon, or only serving Thousand Island dressing. (Yes, these are all true).

So random because I would expect to see that in the Chicagoland area, not central Illinois. I mean, how many Koreans live in Bloomington? Dulsey had seen this plate and I asked if she got a good look at the driver because it would have been even funnier if he/she was white.

I'm going to get a license plate that says LATINA.
