Thank-you for the card and money

This is the subject line of the email my dad had sent me. His birthday was on March 29 and I sent him a card with some money to buy shoes. He calls me all excited and says, "Kristine, I sent you an email, go read it." Me, being the dutiful daughter that I am, go and check my hotmail account and find the following:

Hi Kristine and Tony,

Thank you very much for the card and money!!!

I will use very usefully.

I took pictures of the card.
